Using the service

Glow Up AI lets you create AI glow-up images from a selfie. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.

Acceptable use, content and consent

Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have given you explicit permission. You must not upload, generate or share any of the following six prohibited content categories: (1) sexually explicit, pornographic, nudity or NSFW content; (2) violence, gore, self-harm or threats of physical harm; (3) hate speech, harassment, bullying or discrimination targeting race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or any protected group; (4) child sexual abuse material (CSAM/CSAE), child exploitation or any content involving minors; (5) non-consensual deepfakes, face swapping, impersonation, harassment or deceptive depictions of real people, celebrities or public figures; and (6) content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights.

Every uploaded photo is automatically screened by OpenAI omni-moderation-latest before rendering, anyone can report violations through our report page for human review and removal within 48 hours, and we remove violating content and permanently close offending accounts.

AI models and generated images

Images are generated through our AI styling pipeline powered by commercial image-to-image models (fal.ai Nano Banana 2 edit endpoint and Google Nano Banana 2.1), with automated upload safety screening powered by OpenAI omni-moderation-latest.

You may use the images you create for personal and social media purposes. AI output can contain mistakes; review an image before sharing it. Images are labelled as AI-generated: keep that label, say the image is AI-generated when you share it and never present it as an unedited photo of a real event.

Reports and removal

Anyone can report content through our report page. We review reports and remove content that breaks these terms or someone’s rights within 48 hours. Removed photos are blocked from being uploaded again, and accounts involved in serious or repeated violations may be closed without a refund of used credits.

DMCA copyright notices: if you believe content on Glow Up AI infringes your copyright, submit a notice via our report page or email our Designated Copyright Agent at support@glowupai.tech with (1) identification of the copyrighted work and the infringing URL/ID, (2) your contact details, (3) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, (4) a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and (5) your physical or electronic signature.

Credits and payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits have no cash value, and credits from packs do not expire while the service is operating. Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record partner, whose terms also apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the price you subscribed at, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Billing in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep your plan until then. Subscription credits are added once a month (yearly plans receive them month by month), expire at the end of that month and do not roll over.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
